Ali Hale

Welcome to Ms. Hale’s 3rd and 4th-grade classroom. I’ve been teaching at Waitsfield Elementary School since 1999. I feel very fortunate to be part of this supportive community and to be teaching with the talented staff here at WES.

I strive to have our classroom be a community of learners who support and respect each other. A place that inspires students to take risks, challenge their thinking, and expand their ideas. We spend a lot of time building our classroom community using the responsive classroom model and our school-wide expectations.
